Christi came to yoga as a way to deal with persistent pain as a result of several surgeries and a degenerative bone disease. She pursued her 200 & 300-hour trainings as a way to deepen her own understanding of the healing powers of yoga, and before long discovered her calling to share with others that they are not defined by their physical conditions.
Christi believes that yoga can illuminate the vibrancy & vitality in everyone, and makes it her mission to inspire people from all walks of life on the yogic path. She teaches mixed-level alignment based yoga, prenatal yoga, gentle & restorative, Yoga for Cancer Recovery (through Be Well), Pilates, and a variety of fitness modalities.
Christi’s classes are down-to-earth, relate-able, light-hearted, and informative, while being spiritually deep and rooted in traditional yogic principles.
