Jamie received her 200-RYT through Shraddhaa School of yoga in July of 2016 and is currently a member of the Neelakantha Meditation group where she studies Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy with David Kutruff. In May of 2017 she received her 50 hour Yoga for Cancer Recovery Certification through Be Well. She specializes in helping those living with cancer and their caregivers restore balance, physically and emotionally. She shares a gentle yoga style focused on mindfulness, pranayama, and deep relaxation. As a complement to her teaching Jamie received her Reiki II certification and offers private healing sessions.
When she's not teaching yoga you can find her practicing at TYC, she loves Kundalini Yoga, Kirtan, and supporting the yoga community!
