Kellie Warren, born in Southern California, fell in love with yoga in 2003 while pregnant with her 2nd son.
She loved the intensity, focus and balance she learned from Ashtanga yoga classes. She practiced yoga,
running and CrossFit to keep her sane while having 3 boys in 3 1/2 years. Her careers before yoga (and
mom-hood) included being a police officer, sales representative and counselor.


She received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through the Yoga Alliance's Accredited
Sraddhaa School of Yoga through Temecula Yoga Collective (TYC). Kellie currently teaches at TYC on
Thursdays from 11:30am-12:45pm and at Burn Boot Camp as a drop-in instructor.


What Kellie loves best about yoga is the balance it brings to the rest of her life. She feels stronger, calmer,
more balanced, grounded and aligned - well most of the time! She cajoles her teenage boys to join her
whenever she can. Her favorite asana poses are Bakasana, inversions and, of course, Savasana.
