An Iyengar teacher from Nassau, Bahamas. He studies and practices Iyengar Yoga under the guidance of senior teacher Dr. Lois Steinberg who studied yoga directly with Guruji BKS Iyengar for over 40 years.
He frequently travels throughout the year to study with his teacher and has studied with other Senior Iyengar teachers from around the world.
His classes are filled with knowledge he has gained from his travels along with humor, Vedic philosophy, and his deep love of functional human anatomy. He is the founder of the Downtown Nassau Yoga Festival and Cosmosis Institute.
